LAGOON:
Beqa lagoon is 40mins down the coast
from dive shop, one of the top 10 dive sites in the world,
and also the soft coral capital of the world.
With over thirty sites to choose from, including wreck
diving.
The viz is usually about 30meter average. With towers
of coral reaching for the surface, the walls covered
in hundreds of multicolored soft corals, and also lining
the walls massive sea fans with thousands of ornamental
reef fishes surrounding them ,in the ledges around the
towers ,usually you would find lionfish or scorpion fish
, or even a blue ribbon eel or two ,yellow specked moray
, painted crayfish ,banded cleaner swimp, plenty of different
varieties of nudibranch’s ,pipefish and anemomnes , never
short of something amazing ,occasionally seeing something
larger ,grouper , a school of barracuda or a reef shark
or in the summer even a manta.
Our dive trips leave every Tuesday and Friday at 7:30
am , 9am depart for first dive ,it only takes 15-25 mins
to get to first site ,all dives last about 45min’s ,after
a 1hour surface interval ,we jump back in for the 2nd
dive .usually back at the harbor about 1pm where we will
stop and have some lunch before heading back to the Warwick
resort,

SHARK
DIVE:
Without
a doubt this is one of the definitive shark dive’s in Fiji
- Diving on Kombi reef at coast –imagine predictably close
encounter with a tiger shark ,Bull shark ,silver tip ,Grey
reef ,Tawny nurse ,White tip , Sicklefin lemon shark ,Blacktip
Reef shark all from one site in the wild – in a marine
protected area dedicated to protecting sharks ,also Hugh
Queensland grouper ,Napoleon wrasse and schools of gianormous
jacks are also a part of this awesome dive experience.
And if you get tired of big fish action, there is also
plenty of coral bommies with there diversity and ornamental
reef fish to look at...
